RETURN REPLACEMENT

Product Return Procedure

a) In order for the return of the products to be valid (defective or not) you must inform our Company that you want to return the products within the time limit set in the product return policy for each case of product return.

(b) In any case where a refund is provided, a product replacement as provided for in Article 7 below must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, they must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to comply with the Company codes) and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.).

c) Upon receipt of the returned product you will inform the “My Account” field, while for each subsequent procedure (such as sending a new product, replacement, etc.) you will be informed both from the “My Account” field and based on its procedure Article 3 above.

d) Especially for the return of products whose order was made by phone, the return of the products regardless of the reason will be made after consultation with the competent department at the contact numbers 2810.212.888, always within the deadline and under the conditions set in the product return policy ( article 7) during working days and hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 19:00).

For the products of our shop the first return and replacement of each order is made without charge of shipping costs, as long as it is done within 14 calendar days and with the shipping we suggest. Prerequisites for exercising the right of return within 14 days are: The product has not been used, no label or markings have been removed (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.). Also, all items must be returned in excellent condition, received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, while it must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

2. Return Policy And / Or Replacement Of Defective Products

a) Our company is taking all possible measures to ensure that all products (whatever kind) are packaged specifically and carefully to reach you without damage. Our company also knows that fragile and/or sensitive items are included among its products and therefore takes all necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and transporters) to ensure that these items are sent in special packages which fully protect them from damage during transport and/or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that any of these products will be damaged when sent to you. Also in very rare cases you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and irrespective of your right to withdraw which is not affected, we call on you to check the products when they are received.

(b) If you receive the product without making any specific reservations, it means that you have received the product without reservation from our company. However, if you find that there are damage and/or defect in the product, you may inform us by contacting us at info@zeuscreta.gr and/or by telephone on the +30.6934-134-852 communications phones, indicating whether you wish to be sent new for replacement or whether you wish to exercise your right of returns.

(c) If the product received is shown to be defective from manufacture, then: (j) in the case of Fashion products (clothes, shoes, clothing accessories) you may request that they be replaced with the same product or other product of your liking and/or the issue of credit validity for a financial year, or an interest – free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available, provided that you send the electronic order in question no later than 30 days from the date receipt (return takes place free from day 1 to day 14 and at your expense from day 15 to day 30).

 

2. Cancelable Order

You may cancel your order in the following circumstances:

(a) Prior to shipment/receipt of the product – Cancelation may be done by e-mail to info@zeuscreta.gr or by telephone contact +30.6934-134-852

b) After receipt of the product – You may exercise your right to withdraw within 14 calendar days.
